Mold processing equipment: we have imported CNC machining centers, which can carry out high-precision cutting processing of molds and realize the manufacture of complex shape molds; we are equipped with mirror spark machines, which are used for the fine processing of mold surfaces, and can obtain good surface finish; there are also milling machines and precision grinding machines, which are used for roughing and precision grinding of molds, to ensure the dimensional accuracy and surface quality of the molds.
Injection molding equipment: the company is equipped with injection molding machines of different tonnages, ranging from 120T to 650T, in addition to 80T injection molding machines, which can meet the production needs of plastic products of different sizes and weights.
Automation auxiliary equipment: adopting the central feeding system, which can automatically suck and dry the materials, can ensure the dryness of the raw materials and the stability of the transportation, and improve the production efficiency; equipped with two-axis and five-axis manipulator automation equipment, which can realize the automation of picking up and placing the parts in the process of the injection molding production, reduce the manual intervention, improve the precision and efficiency of the production, and at the same time, enhance the safety of the production.
